Diane Chierichetti & Barbara Blake
Diane started out as a classroom teacher and went on to train other teachers. She later brought that educator mindset to her new business venture, Quest Relocation Group, designing programs that informed and empowered newcomers to help them settle in quickly.
Growing Quest, “a dream team of talented people,” has been one of Diane’s three life passions along with her marriage to husband Paul and raising creative son Christopher.
Diane is that rarest of birds, a native “Angelino”. She grew up in the Valley, graduated from UCLA and lives in Manhattan Beach where she can often be found walking The Strand.
After graduating from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Environmental Studies, Barbara started her career in Washington D.C. as a lobbyist for Sierra Club. She loved working in the nation’s capital on major environmental legislation, but eventually she returned home to California.
While working at a relocation firm, Barbara met co-founder Diane Chierichetti. They had a vision for improving the way relocation worked to serve both companies and their relocating employees. So, in 1994, they started Quest.
Outside the office, Barb is an avid baseball fan and was thrilled when she got the chance, through Quest, to work with the Dodger organization and some of its players.
But her greatest pleasure is listening to her daughter Amanda sing a capella.
